National Comprehensive Pilot Agriculture Zone (Weifang)

With a planned area of 120.9 square kilometers, the National Comprehensive Pilot Agriculture Zone (Weifang) is now the only comprehensive pilot agriculture zone in China and a major project for transforming old development drivers into new ones in Shandong province. The zone centers on high-end resources and is striving to develop three clusters: one for the international cooperation on agricultural technologies, one for new agricultural industries, forms, and models, and one for agricultural headquarters.
