Linqu county, administered by Weifang in East China's Shandong province, covers an area of 1,831 square kilometers. It governs 14 towns and 368 administrative villages, and has a population of 924,400.

Linqu county boasts a rich history and culture, with over 130 protected cultural relics and renowned cultural industries such as peculiar stones, Linqu hand-painted New Year prints, sculptures, and rosewood craftsmanship.

The county features beautiful natural surroundings, with forests covering an area of 1.23 million mu (82,000 hectares), giving it a forest coverage rate of 45.8 percent.

Linqu county has established a new industrial system primarily supported by industries such as the high-end processing of non-ferrous metals, new energy, new materials, machinery and electronics, auto parts, and artistic sculptures.

The county's tourism industry is thriving, with one 5A-level tourist attraction, two 4A-level attractions, and six 3A-level attractions.

The county enjoys convenient and developed transportation infrastructure, with railways, expressways, and provincial highways traversing its territory.
