The 2024 Jining Graduates Job Fair was held at the Jining Human Resources Market on Feb 20. The event was attended by over 520 jobseekers.

With 108 companies in attendance, including climbing enterprises and large-scale corporations, the job fair included diverse industries such as high-end equipment, information technology, education and training, cultural tourism, and commerce.

The companies collectively offered more than 3,150 positions in areas such as administrative management, sales, business, and technical research and development.

The job fair featured a career guidance area and a policy promotion zone to assist graduates in planning their career trajectories and understanding employment talent policies. Services provided included career guidance sessions and interpretation of policies like internship subsidies and talent incentives.

These initiatives aimed to equip job seekers with the necessary knowledge to navigate the job market effectively, avoid common pitfalls during the job search process, and leverage available support mechanisms for enhancing their employment prospects.
