Jining to increase efforts to improve talent services
1. Building brands for its talent services
Jining will upgrade its services for the holders of a yikatong, a smart card used for transport and other purposes, and the e-card will be popularized in the city.
The the city's 12345 citizen service hotline will improve its services for talent and specialists will be employed to offer tailored services to high-level talenttalent.
Information about talent will be digitized, and an online platform will be set up to further promote the informatization of talent work.
2. Actively developing human resources service providers
Noted human resources service institutions will be encouraged to set up regional headquarters or branches in the city, and will be offered free offices for three years by the county (city, district) where they are located.
Social forces will be encouraged to establish talent service institutions involving financial, legal and entrepreneurial guidance, and those who are newly appraised as provincial human resources service institutions for their integrity will be given a reward of 100,000 yuan ($15,270).
A Jining talent development group will be established to seek high-end talent, build and operate apartment blocks, run talent incubation programs, provide talent' venture investment and other personalized services for professionals.
