On 28 November 2025, the "Make It Shenzhen" initiative was launched in Shenzhen as part of the APEC China Year Global City Promotion Event. Nearly 50 international guests from 21 countries and regions, including Sweden, Belgium, Spain, Mexico, the United States, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, etc., visited the SCIA Tower in Qianhai to gain an in-depth understanding of the innovative development of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

President Liu Xiaochun and staff members of SCIA briefed the guests on SCIA's international development since its establishment in 1983, shared its "party-centered" guiding philosophy, as well as the "3i" core value: independence, impartiality, and innovation. Together, they highlighted the constructive role of international arbitration in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone in resolving cross-border commercial disputes and fostering a market-oriented, law-based, and internationalised business environment.

Cai Chunhui, Deputy Director of the Organization Department of the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee, and Zhong Jiajun, Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, joined the visit.
