On 11 November 2025, Hyun Yoon Shin, President of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), led a delegation to visit the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).

Liu Xiaochun, President of the SCIA, outlined the innovative development of international arbitration in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area since China's reform and opening-up. Both sides reviewed the longstanding interactions between the SCIA and the Korean legal and business communities. They engaged in in-depth discussions on further strengthening China–Korea cooperation and exchanges in international arbitration to better serve the  China–Korea economic and trade.
