On 31 October 2025, the second anniversary of the SCIA Kashi Center's official launch, around 100 delegates—including chief justices, attorneys general, judges, prosecutors, judicial officials, arbitrators, lawyers and scholars visited the center. The delegates came from 11 Central and South Asian countries (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, the Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, India), along with Azerbaijan, Malaysia, Chinese mainland, the Hong Kong SAR and the Macao SAR. The delegation toured hearing facilities and learned about the development of international arbitration in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone since China's reform and opening-up, as well as the contribution of SCIA and SCIA Kashi Center to the Belt and Road cooperation. This engagement further functioned as a collaborative nexus for exploring international arbitration ties and advancing the business environment across Belt and Road regions.
