To assist industry professionals in understanding the adjudication points of arbitration cases involving construction contract disputes, the SCIA has systematically compiled and selected representative cases it has handled in recent years. After anonymizing the parties' information, expert practitioners were organized to conduct in-depth analyses in combination with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and related judicial interpretations.
