The Transnational Investment and Legal Affairs Training Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center") is a cooperation platform for conducting transnational investment and legal training jointly established by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (hereinafter referred to as the "SCIA") and the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation in 2016.
The Center aims to cultivate arbitration practitioners who are familiar with international arbitration rules and capable of leading the formulation or revision of international arbitration rules. It targets to research the latest developments in the arbitration field and provide suggestions for decision-making bodies.
The Center also strives to enhance the risk-management capabilities of enterprises that may face international challenges. It integrates the professional resources of the SCIA and Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation, strengthens research on international commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, enhances professional training, and cultivates senior legal talents to resolve commercial and investment disputes globally.
