Singapore International Mediation Center (SIMC) is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to meeting the evolving business needs of Asia. SIMC was established on 5 November 2014 following the recommendations of a working group convened by Chief Justice Sundaresh Menon and the Ministry of Law, on developing Singapore into a hub for international commercial mediation.
SCIA and SIMC signed an MOU on 17 June 2020.
SCIA and SIMC signed a closer cooperation agreement on 13 May 2022, and agree that SIMC will settle in the SCIA Tower in a cooperative manner.
SCIA and SIMC signed a protocol of "Mediation+Arbitration" on the Singapore-China (Shenzhen) Smart City Initiative 3rd Joint Implementation Committee Meeting on 25 November 2022.
