SCIA and NZIAC Enhance Cooperation on International Commercial Dispute Resolution

The ICCA 2024 Hong Kong Shenzhen Side Events were co-hosted by the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), the South China International Arbitration Center (Hong Kong) (SCIAHK), the Department of Justice of Hong Kong SAR Government and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC) on May 9 2024. Dr. Liu Xiaochun, President of the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and John Green, Founder and Director of the New Zealand International Arbitration Centre (NZIAC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to deepen cooperation between China and New Zealand in diversified mechanism for resolving international commercial dispute during the Side Events.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Prof. Shen Sibao, Chairman of the SCIA Council, Anthony Neoh, QC, SC, JP, Vice Chairman of the SCIA Council, Prof. Peter Malanczuk, Council Member of the SCIA, Yang Xiangbin, Director of the Bureau of Public Legal Services Administration of the Ministry of Justice of the PRC, along with over 250 guests from 36 jurisdictions worldwide.
