AFSA's head office is in Johannesburg, with branch offices in Cape Town, Pretoria, Durban, Mthatha and the Garden Route. AFSA manages and administers the dispute resolution by way of mediation, arbitration and related processes. AFSA administers numerous local business disputes and since 2017 handles a wide range of international disputes making AFSA a premier dispute resolution authority on the African continent.
SCIA and AFSA signed an MoU on 7 December 2021, and agree that AFSA will settle in the SCIA Tower in a cooperative manner.
The SCIA delegation visited AFSA and co-host a seminar on 22 November 2017.
