Xingi Technology in Rudong, Nantong, Jiangsu province, has been engaged in the research and development of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers since 2012.

These fibers are as thin as human hair and as light as a feather, yet they are 15 times stronger than steel wires.

Over the years Xingi Technology has constantly pushed the boundaries of best performance by establishing an innovative system that encompasses raw material research and development, process optimization, and market application.

It has now emerged as the world's largest supplier, with an annual production capacity exceeding 30,000 metric tons.

Xingi Technology has established three major bases in Rudong, including Yangkou Port, Yangkou town, and the Yangkou Port Economic Development Zone.

Xingi Technology's product specifications cover the full range from 10D to 1600D. It has also extended its development to include special varieties such as cut-resistant yarn, bulletproof yarn, rope and cable yarn, colored yarn, as well as medium-strength differentiated series products.

In the past, the company's core solvent used in the production of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fibers had safety hazards such as flammability, explosiveness, and volatility, and the high cost restricted its safe storage and large-scale application.

In response to this, Xingi Technology established a special technical team and collaborated with Chinese universities to conduct research on solvent substitution. After thousands of experiments, they selected a safer and lower-cost alternative solvent from dozens of options.

Xingi Technology has also invested over 100 million yuan ($14.37 million) to introduce an automated detection system to optimize its production process. By collecting key parameters from all production links in real time, it achieves intelligent monitoring and dynamic adjustment throughout the entire process from raw material input to finished product output.
