Nantong home textile company gears up for Double Eleven

As the Double Eleven shopping festival approaches, production lines at the Luolai Smart Industrial Park in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) are bustling with activity. Intelligent machines operate at full speed while workers efficiently manage tasks, ensuring readiness for the peak shopping season.
Inside the newly opened Luolai International Home Gallery, the star product — Zero-pressure Deep Sleep Pillow — takes center stage. The pillow uses a self-developed filling material that can evenly distribute pressure on the head and neck, with cumulative sales exceeding 600,000 units.
Another standout this year is the Seamless Anti-slip Fitted Sheet, made with biomimetic fabric containing egg membrane micropores. This material offers breathability, waterproofing, and strong friction resistance to prevent slipping during sleep. The production line is now running at full capacity to meet demand.
The smart industrial park, with an investment of 1.5 billion yuan ($211.28 million), focuses on lean, automated, and digital upgrades. Once fully operational, it is expected to increase output per unit area by 50 percent and reduce the production cycle by over 40 percent.
