Nantong businesses seek opportunities in Thailand

Nantong municipal bureau of commerce recently arranged seven local enterprises for the second THAIFEX-HOREC Asia in Bangkok, Thailand, between March 5 to 7, marking the beginning of the "Nantong Famous Brand Overseas Trip" series.
This exhibition is a specialized hotel industry exhibition that has developed from the highly acclaimed THAIFEX-Anuga Asia, which has successfully held 20 sessions to date, focusing on hotel supplies and facilities.
Nantong companies attracted the attention of numerous international customers with their high-quality products and innovative technologies.
Chen Bo, head of Topack New Materials (Nantong), said the company focuses on packaging disposable food and beverages. Topack received customers from Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, and the United States, followed up on cooperation negotiations, and promoted business expansion.
To enhance the participation result, the commerce bureau arranged for participating companies to visit industrial parks in Thailand to gain a deeper understanding of the local market.
The bureau also organized companies to visit the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. This visit aimed to promote economic and trade exchanges, cultural exchanges, and two-way investments between Thailand and China.
Gao Hongjun, director of the Nantong municipal bureau of commerce, introduced that the second stop of the "Nantong Famous Brand Overseas Trip" series was carried out during the same period in Japan.
This event provides enterprises with an international stage to showcase their products and helps them understand the global market and expand their international presence through field visits and business negotiations.
