NEDTA hosts 'Nengda Cup' roadshow in Xiamen

The "Nengda Cup" roadshow for scientific innovation projects, organized by the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), took place in Xiamen, Fujian province on June 19.

Focusing on new quality productive forces and new growth drivers, the roadshow attracted 18 projects focusing on new-generation information technology, high-end equipment, biomedicine, and new materials.

Experts from universities and venture capital institutions such as Xiamen University were invited to comment on the projects and offer advice on business models, technological breakthroughs, and market expansion.

Jiang Yumin, a member of the Party Working Committee of NETDA, noted that the roadshow will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between Nantong and Xiamen. She expects more talents from home and abroad will start businesses in NETDA and take advantage of the opportunities presented by the development area.

After the roadshow, Jiang also visited Xiamen University to discuss collaboration in the commercialization of research findings and scientific innovation projects.
