Chongchuan district has seen continuous development in its internet of vehicles and intelligent connected vehicle industries in recent years. Dongsheng Zhihui Technology, located in the Nantong Foreign Trade Center, serves as a prime example of this progress. 

The company provides services such as sales, leasing, custom production, and business operation management of unmanned vehicles. It has deployed over 200 unmanned vehicles in Hai'an and has established strategic partnerships with leading home textile enterprises in Nantong. 

The company is also focusing on agricultural wholesale markets, introducing an unmanned vehicle logistics platform that is currently in the testing phase. This vehicle can achieve precise delivery through intelligent scheduling, operate 24/7, and is expected to reduce logistics costs for merchants by 50 percent while ensuring the freshness of agricultural products. 

The company plans to collaborate with local enterprises to develop cleaning-type unmanned vehicles in the future, expand application areas, and promote the intelligent development of Chongchuan. 

Dongsheng Zhihui Technology set up operations in Chongchuan at the beginning of 2025. The company's unmanned vehicle sector has generated revenue of approximately 50 million yuan ($7.12 million) this year, with plans to exceed 5 billion yuan in total revenue within the next three years.
