Since its commencement in July, two soccer fields at Bayi Sports Square in Chongchuan district have been in use. The remaining facilities are under accelerated development and are expected to be operational by 2026. 

The square is designed to include various sports amenities: an 11-a-side soccer pitch, a 5-a-side soccer pitch, two basketball courts, and two tennis courts. 

Both soccer fields feature state-of-the-art drainage, irrigation, and lighting systems, fully compliant with standards for evening, rainy-day games, training, and live broadcasting. The 11-a-side field additionally uses natural grass to provide a true professional match experience. 

To further enhance leisure options, the project also includes a variety of commercial facilities. These will feature music bars, barbecue bars, coffee shops, self-service gyms, sports equipment stores, and more, with the goal of creating a unique sports-oriented commercial district.
