Nantong, Europe seek cooperation in robotics industry

The China-Europe Robotics Industry Exchange event was held in Nantong, Jiangsu province, on Nov 13, drawing representatives from innovative robotics companies and related organizations across various European countries, as well as local industrial parks and government departments.
In robotics, Nantong has built a comprehensive industrial chain, covering core component research and development, complete machine manufacturing, and system integration. The city hosts several reputable companies like Nantong Zhenkang and Jiangsu Turing Intelligent Robot. It also features innovation platforms such as the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's robotics industrialization platform and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Institute of Intelligent Equipment. Nantong has also established specialized robotics parks at both provincial and municipal levels, such as the Haimen Zhengyu Industrial Robotics Park and the Hai'an Robotics Park.
During the event, National High-tech Industrial Development Zone gave a presentation on its industrial layout, policy advantages, and business environment. Executives from companies in the United Kingdom, Spain, Finland, and other countries discussed their products, technological strengths, and plans for entering the Chinese market. Representatives from Nantong's local enterprises and investment agencies also introduced their current development updates and cooperation goals. During the exchange sessions, participants held in-depth discussions on topics such as policy support and industrial chain collaboration.
During the event, attendees visited companies and platforms such as Da'ang Robotics, Tongfu Microelectronics, and the China-Austria Cooperation Center to explore Nantong's industrial ecosystem, innovation achievements, and cooperation prospects in robotics and related fields.
