Haimen bolsters up youth development with talent stations
To address the accommodation challenges faced by young talent, Haimen district in Nangtong has launched the "youth talent stations" to provide temporary shelters and comprehensive support for young individuals seeking employment or entrepreneurial opportunities in the city.
As part of the "Haimen Talent Plan", the stations serve as "one-stop" platforms integrating short-term housing, career guidance, information sharing, interactive communication, and urban integration.
Every eligible youth can enjoy up to 30 days of free accommodation at hotel partnered with the stations. Haimen plans to establish 10 additional stations in 2025.
With youth talent stations, Haimen has forged a bridge between the youth and the city. Looking ahead, it aims to provide more services for young people, better supporting their development and growth.
