Haimen food firm leads market with innovative egg products
Lulutong Food Company, based in Haimen district, Nantong, Jiangsu, has been dedicated to researching, producing, and selling egg products for nearly 30 years. The company currently holds a 70 percent market share in China for its egg-based products.
Lulutong has built strong relationships with over 100 well-known snack brands, restaurant chains, and supermarkets nationwide. Its products are available in major retail outlets like Lawson and 7-Eleven.
The company operates a modern production facility spanning nearly 20,000 square meters, with advanced production and testing equipment. Its product range includes soft-boiled eggs, tea eggs, marinated eggs, and hard-boiled eggs.
Lulutong has pioneered using ultrasonic technology to enhance product quality in its production process. By attaching ultrasonic transducers to its equipment, the company has significantly reduced the time needed for marinating eggs, resulting in a more even color and improved taste. Additionally, the ultrasonic process helps inhibit bacterial growth, which contributes to extending the shelf life of the eggs. This innovative technology is a leader in the industry.
