Innovative service platform enhances happiness of Haimen residents
The "Haimen Loves to Help" platform, introduced by the Haimen district of Nantong, has garnered praise from local residents for its high-quality services.
Preliminary statistics reveal that from January to July this year, the "Haimen Loves to Help" platform handled over 3,000 requests and inquiries from residents, with the months of July and August receiving more than 500 requests each.
This platform grew out of an additional convenience service project introduced to the 12345 government hotline in Haimen in November last year. When residents call the 12345 hotline for assistance, the platform promptly addresses their needs and provides solutions in a timely manner.
To better serve residents, the platform has established strict service principles. It is committed to contacting residents within 30 minutes of receiving a request, finalizing service arrangements, and ensuring a 100-percent response rate to all assistance requests. Moreover, it maintains uniform service standards and regular pricing.
As the volume of requests grows, the "Haimen Loves to Help" platform continues to expand its service team. To date, over 30 service providers have joined, with more than 200 registered service personnel. Residents can seek assistance not only through the government's 12345 hotline but also via the platform's WeChat mini-program, allowing them to place orders directly on their mobile phones. Additionally, a hotline for complaints has been introduced to ensure a feedback channel for residents.
