Pingchao town, a key area for attracting projects in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, has been focusing on enhancing its business environment this year to better serve enterprises.

The town has established a core enterprise profiling mechanism, ensuring personalized support for each enterprise, assisting traditional businesses in upgrading their production lines, and guiding high-tech enterprises in applying for technology research projects. These efforts aim to bolster the development of new quality productive forces.

Furthermore, Pingchao is actively advancing the construction of urban supporting facilities. For instance, in the first half of this year, the town collaborated closely with State-owned companies to commence construction on a commercial complex. The town has also launched a new-generation convenience service center, enhancing convenience for residents and businesses.

Thanks to various measures to improve its business environment, Pingchao has managed to launch several major projects this year. From January to May, the town's total industrial output value reached 49.9 billion yuan ($6.87 billion), a 2.9 percent increase compared to the same period last year.
