One such success story is Nantong Shennan Circuits Co Ltd, a company specializing in printed circuit boards. Recognized as a smart manufacturing showcase in Jiangsu, the company has integrated smart technologies into its operations. For instance, it uses smart logistics carts that can autonomously transport materials and robotic arms in their lamination workshop for automated plate transfers.

By interconnecting over 95 percent of its equipment and implementing systematic controls, Shennan Circuits has transformed into an advanced smart manufacturing facility. This integration has led to significant workforce optimization, reducing personnel requirements by more than 50 percent.

Tongzhou has initiated nearly 1,000 intelligent transformation projects, supporting 495 companies with free diagnostic services and implementing 265 smart technology projects to date.
