The China Magic Innovation and Development Seminar took place in Rudong county in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, on May 29.

The seminar, entitled "World Magic, Magical World", was attended by renowned magicians from both domestic and international magic communities.

The event featured keynote speeches and magic salons and provided opportunities for experts and magicians to exchange ideas and discuss the path of innovation and development of Chinese magic.

Following the seminar, an acrobatics and magic show commenced at the Rudong county sports center.

Performances by elite acrobats and magic performers from six provinces and cities made for a memorable experience for the audience.

In addition, the organizers held an exhibition of ancient magic books at the Rudong Museum on the same day.

The exhibition featured 200 ancient books and more than 40 acrobatics and magic posters from various regions across China.

Acrobatics in Rudong have seen rapid development in recent years, and the city has achieved excellent results in international competitions.

The Rudong Junior Acrobatics Troupe left its mark in over 40 countries and regions, including Japan, France, Germany, Russia, Nepal, and Singapore, garnering 26 national and international awards.

In the 2022 World Championship of Magic (WCM) organized by the International Federation of Magic Societies (FISM), the magic acts performed by two magicians in the troupe received the Most Original Act Award and Invention Award, becoming the first Chinese magicians to win the awards.
