By setting up a research team, the company succeeded in mastering the production process for cable bead steel wire aviation tires – and has grasped multiple cable bead steel wire specifications.
Supported by technical innovation, the company has also been promoting circular economy to minimize pollutant emissions. It invested 120 million yuan ($16.47 million) in building a sewage treatment station to improve the efficiency of its water recycling.
Moreover, in recent years, the group has accelerated its digital transformation and upgraded existing production equipment and systems.
"It takes at least 60 days from placing an order to shipping, but after the digital transformation, the order delivery cycle is shortened by nearly 30 days," said general manager Liu Xiang.
