As the air grows cold, Taizhou's dining tables are ready, with steaming lamb dishes that chase away the chill.

A cool day is perfect for a hot lamb soup, which is clear and rich with a milky white aroma.

If you think the lamb soup is too light, try braised mutton, which will definitely stimulate your appetite. Stew for at least half an hour until the lamb is soft and tender, even the soup can be used to mix with rice.

Lamb, Chinese cabbage, and vermicelli are also a perfect combination. The sweetness of cabbage blends well with the aroma of meat, while the vermicelli becomes more flavorful as it is coated with soup. Try stewing them together.
