The China International Travel Mart 2024 took place in East China's Shanghai on Nov 22-24, attracting over 1,000 exhibitors from over 80 countries and regions and nearly 600 overseas tour operators.
Occupying a stand covering 580 square meters, East China's Jiangsu province displayed the breathtaking and idyllic scenes to be found in its water towns.
Taizhou city in Jiangsu showcased its rich cultural and tourism resources and distinctive cultural and creative products. These included Peking Opera doll ornaments, Qianduo cole flower series of products and crab soup dumplings.
In all, the Taizhou stand received over 10,000 visitors during the event, further boosting the city's reputation and profile as a city of happiness.
During the event, the Riverside Hotel in Jingjiang city, administered by Taizhou, signed a business agreement worth 18 million yuan ($2.48 million) with Shanghai Dafugui Restaurant and the Suzhou Songhelou Catering Group.
