The "Jiangsu Tour" for the Transformation of National Defense Industrial Science and Technology Achievements was held in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province on Aug 29, with 25 Taizhou-based enterprises in attendance.
An unveiling ceremony for a jointly built research and development platform and a signing ceremony for military civilian cooperation projects were held on-site.
Seven projects focusing on products based on technological cooperation signed cooperative agreements with seven Taixing-based enterprises, including China Shipbuilding Yongzhi (Taixing) Electronics Co Ltd and Jiangsu Wanhua Tuogu New Material Technology Co Ltd.
They included a water quality purification and treatment device production line project, an air conditioning ventilation pipeline noise control project, and a high-end optoelectronic connector research and development project.
"This activity provides us with a platform to access high-end projects and technological achievements, and creates an opportunity for private enterprises to showcase their talents," said Yan Yuhua, general manager of Jiangsu Yongsheng Air Conditioning Co Ltd.
Looking ahead, Taixing city will continue to promote measures such as policy guidance and digital intelligence empowerment, in a bid to help more excellent, specialized and innovative enterprises stand out and make the leap towards intelligent manufacturing.
