The Jingjiang Northern Industrial Park – located in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – moved to resolve employment hurdles and bottlenecks at a recent event.

The park hosted a special jobs fair recently, attracting over 100 job seekers, with more than 50 expressing immediate interest in work opportunities.
Over 20 enterprises participated – offering 300 jobs across sectors like air conditioning, automobile parts, electronics, food and e-commerce.
Job seekers spoke directly with company representatives to explore job specifics and the corporate culture of individual enterprises.
The industrial park has boosted its entrepreneurial support, refined employment services and upgraded job-related skills this year. What’s more, it is streamlining its approval processes for entrepreneurs and is actively conducting job matches via various channels.
The Jingjiang Northern Industrial Park has also conducted regular vocational skills training for folks to boost their employability.
Moving forwards, plans are in motion for the park to pair employers with worker needs, bolster overall services, broaden its outreach, support talent retention and alleviate employment challenges for job seekers and companies alike.
