More than 70 high-tech enterprises in Dingsheng Zhigu, an industrial park located in Jingjiang city – a county-level city, under the jurisdiction of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – have started production over the past four years.
As a result, the industrial park is experiencing rapid business growth.
Jiangsu ACEPOM Industrial Development (Group) Co Ltd, one of the investment projects that settled down in the industrial park's first phase, began operations in May last year.
According to one of its technicians, Hu Zhifeng, the company is developing equipment that accurately determines the operating conditions of tested equipment through simulations that utilize vibrations, connecting to a software system, collecting data and converting data into analyzable curves.
"Based on vibration testing data collection and analysis technology, we have successfully created a 'doctor' for equipment cloud platforms, which connects device operations data from nearly 10,000 customer enterprises," said ACEPOM Group general manager Zhang Zhiyong.
"Enterprises can directly grasp their own device situation in real-time on the platform," Zhang added.
Thanks to the massive testing data of the cloud platform, enterprises had achieved a leap forwards from "selling products" to "selling services" and the added value of products is continuing to increase.
With the further expansion of its market share, the enterprise's sales is projected to top 100 million yuan ($13.8 million) in the current year.
As one of the key industrial cluster projects in Jingjiang Southern Industrial Park in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dingsheng Zhigu is pushing to build itself up a new highland of intelligent industry by increasing its competitive advantages in location, policies and talent.
