These days the administrative approvals bureau is working very hard in Xieqiao town – administered by Jingjiang city, a county-level city of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – to ensure efficient services, both for both businesses and the general public.

One example of this was the recent prompt processing of a construction permit for Jiangsu Wuao Pump Manufacturing Co Ltd's major new plant, guaranteeing the prompt start of its construction.
Star bureau employee Liu Rong quickly and deftly carried out the approvals process, even rectifying errors that had occurred in the submitted materials. Despite challenging weather conditions, the team coordinated with various offices to get the official green light and deliver the construction permit as soon as possible.
"Yesterday evening I submitted the required materials and I expected it would take several days to obtain the certificate," said Yan Huaguo, an employee at Jiangsu Wuao Pump Manufacturing's project office.
"To my surprise, you delivered it today, even amid the rain and snow. Your efficiency is remarkable. Thank you very much," Yan added, after being handed the construction permit on Feb 22.
The company's composite hydrocyclone oil pollution separation device production plant is a major industrial endeavor in Xieqiao town for 2023. Costing 550 million yuan ($76.62 million), it's set to break ground this month.
