The signing ceremony for manufacturer Jiangyin Free Technology Co Ltd to settle its major plant in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone took place in Jingjiang city – a county-level city administered by Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – on March 1.

The project, with a total investment of 2 billion yuan ($416.7 million), focuses on producing aerospace fiberglass polyurethane composite materials, including sealing fixtures, structural supports and intelligent molding equipment.
The initiative is part of a concerted effort to boost the commercial aerospace power industry supply chain and align with State-backed innovative materials and technologies.
Zhang Jinsong, a standing committee member of the Jingjiang municipal committee, was bullish about the project's potential to contribute to the development of the aerospace industry in Jingjiang. He emphasized the development zone's dedication to providing optimal support and services.
Yang Xiaoting, Chairman and President of Xi'an Aerospace Information and Control Technology Group Co Ltd – another resident company in the development zone – expressed his gratitude for the support received from the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone and highlighted the area's strong industrial foundations and great business environment.
Guan Yuxiang, chairman of Jiangyin Free Technology Co Ltd, reaffirmed the company's commitment to leveraging its cutting-edge photovoltaic materials technology and expressed eagerness to explore collaborative opportunities that would drive innovative applications for aerospace composites in the field of new energy.
