The program was launched last year to improve the skill level of mid-level managers. It focuses on addressing knowledge gaps and experience limitations of young managers, emphasizing hands-on experiences, communication skills and quick adaptation to complex situations.
It also provides targeted professional training and practical exercises to improve manager's abilities, resulting in the emergence of highly qualified mid-level managers in the development zone.
What's more, the program implemented a comprehensive system to classify and track managers based on their age, specialty, education and qualifications, optimizing management structures and developing a competent managerial force.
The Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone is the only national development zone in Taizhou and ranked 98th in the latest list of China's top 100 development zones.
