The projects include China National Building Material Group Co Ltd's green and low-carbon building materials facility.
These projects are expected to secure a combined investment of 5.07 billion yuan ($695.36 million). Once operational, they are estimated to generate an annual sales revenue of 13 billion yuan and more than 300 million yuan in tax revenue.
CNBM's project is expected to attract an investment of 2 billion yuan. Its primary focus will be on research, development, and manufacturing of wind power tower foundations and building structural components.
Additionally, a 50,000-metric-ton bulk cargo terminal will be constructed, enabling the park to achieve an annual throughput of 8.8 million metric tons.
This project aims to create a comprehensive regional logistics platform integrating transportation, warehousing, processing, commerce, and trade.
The Jiangyin-Jingjiang Industrial Park is a high-tech park founded in 1992. It is one of China's 115 national technology parks and its achievements include building the world's largest container ship, the highest constructed steel structure and the most advanced high-speed railways cable.
