"After starting production in August and fully reaching capacity, the annual production of stainless steel wire (rods) will be 200,000 metric tons, with an estimated annual output value of 2 billion yuan ($278.93 million) and tax revenue of 40 million yuan," said Hu Jianxiang, chairman of the company.
The company says this benchmark achievement can be attributed to the successful development of the Jingjiang Stainless Steel Deep Processing Industrial Park operated by Tsingshan Holding Group, with an investment of 12 billion yuan – making it the largest and highest-quality project in Jingjiang in recent years.
Company chairman Hu said that his company had really benefited from the industrial park.
"Previously, the company faced challenges in material procurement and transportation, resulting in high costs.
"However, being in close proximity to the industrial park has solved these problems. The park provides timely and free delivery of materials, reducing costs and saving millions in transportation fees," Hu said.
The local government of Jingjiang is said to be really committed to providing comprehensive support and services to meet the needs of the company's development – promoting collaboration between key stakeholders in the industry supply chain and creating a high-quality commercial ecosystem system to boost its business.
