Jingjiang – a county-level city administered by Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – has implemented a new initiative to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its administrative services.
It recently set up a special service window in the government service center. There, folks can get quick responses to their needs, broadening the channels for both businesses and the general public who want speedy answers to solve their problems.

The city's administrative approval bureau runs the service window and has appointed dedicated staff members to run it. The bureau has also established a work ledger to ensure the requests are logged, investigated, processed and followed-up through a feedback system.
Moving forwards, plans are in motion for Jingjiang city to continue to optimize its business environment in response to complaints or suggestions by the public.
