Sales generated by Jingjiang-based manufacturer Jiangsu Kecheng Energy Saving Technology Co Ltd topped 40 million yuan ($5.81 million) in the first quarter, soaring 150 percent year-on-year.
Founded in December 2016, the group is based in the Jingjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone – a national development zone located in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province.
It specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation and servicing of Mechanical Vapor Recompression or MVR evaporation systems, multi-effect evaporation systems and other complete sets of equipment.
MVR is an energy recovery process that uses mechanical compression to recycle waste heat to improve efficiency.
Reporting Q1 results, the company announced that the value of its current orders had risen to 120 million yuan and production tasks scheduled to end of the year were expected to generate annual avenue of 250 million yuan.

The company has developed low-cost, energy-saving and highly automated evaporators that are widely used in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, sewage treatment and in other fields.
The operating evaporation capacity of one of the company's MVR evaporators is understood to reach 186 metric tons per hour, which is the largest single processing capacity of its kind in China and the efficiency is said to be 20-30 percent higher than conventional ones.
With its know-how and reputation, the company is currently pushing to explore the lithium battery wastewater treatment market and is moving to improve its market share and brand influence.
