​At the recently concluded 136th Canton Fair, enterprises from Jiangyan district in Taizhou engaged in nearly 2,000 negotiations with international customers, achieving an intended transaction volume of around $10 million.

The Industry and Information Technology Department of Jiangsu recently unveiled the first group of 2024 star-rated cloud enterprises, recognizing 34 companies from the Jiangyan EDZ.

In the first half of 2024, 20 new projects, including one foreign-invested project, started construction in Jiangyan district, Taizhou, while 13 projects were completed, surpassing last year's figures by 11 and six projects, respectively.

The Jiangyan Economic Development Zone – located in Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – posted significant economic growth in 2023.

In the first half of the year, the Jiangyan district of Taizhou city saw a significant increase in the number of its new business entities, ranging from sole traders, individual businesses all the way up to companies.
