Top officials in Taizhou city – located in East China's Jiangsu province – recently visited its Jiangyan district to check out the progress being made there at a number of construction projects.
The visit took place on July 13 as part of the city's project construction site supervision activities.

During the visit, the officials inspected several projects – including Jiangsu Yangdong Electric Co Ltd's new energy box-type substation series products and digital factory project – which has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan ($210 million).
They also visited manufacturer JinenU Solar's new energy solar module project, with an annual output of 3 gigawatts and an investment of 1 billion yuan.
Additionally, they checked in on Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co Ltd's new energy automobile parts project. This involves a total investment of 3 billion yuan and focuses on the production of lightweight components for new energy vehicles.
The visitors were impressed by the level of innovation and automation in the projects they looked at.
They commended the companies on their investments in research and development and their efforts to seize development opportunities and accelerate breakthroughs in key technologies.
The visit highlighted Jiangyan district's commitment to promoting high-quality development through premium projects and accelerated construction.
The officials expressed their confidence in the future success of the projects and their contribution to Jiangyan's overall development.
