Jiangsu Pacific Precision Forging Co Ltd – based in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in Jiangyan district of Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – has made its entire production process fully intelligent, boosting efficiency and meeting the highest-quality standards.

There are over 70 robots and various kinds of fully automated production lines in the intelligent workshops, which have increased the production efficiency by more than 80 percent compared to manual operations.
"We're processing differential gears for the world's top new energy vehicle companies, which have high dimensional accuracy, huge market demand and high requirements for the stability of the manufacturing process. So the greater automation of our workshops perfectly fits with this market demand," said Yue Yaodong, director of the workshop.
The entire gear production process is fully automated along the aerial frame-type production lines that are equipped with intelligent robotic arms. This can not only avoid manual operation errors, but also achieve the whole process of closed-loop production and online inspection.

Yue said the targeted output of the intelligent factory this year exceeded 40 million pieces and they are promoting the greater automation of 100 robots to further improve their efficiency.
