Metron, a renowned medical management company, recently settled in the Taizhou Hailing (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center in East China's Shanghai.
With over thirty years of experience in equipment technology R&D, and market model innovation, Metron is said to have redefined the concepts and clinical applications of radiation surgery and ultrasound surgery.
The Taizhou Hailing (Shanghai) Offshore Innovation Center was established by Hailing district of Taizhou city. It provides an excellent incubation environment for projects, and once those projects are mature, they will then be transferred to Hailing for future commercialization.
Song Shipeng, chief scientist of Metron; Wang Xiangyu, Metron chairman; and Cheng Qiong, Metron CEO, unveiled the company's new area in the center.
Four of Metron's research and development projects will settle in the center. They cover fields such as irradiation, ultrasound, radiotherapy and phototherapy.
Looking ahead, the center will continue to provide full lifecycle entrepreneurial counseling, fund investments, and value enhancement services for resident companies.
