The 2023 Forklift Skills Competition was held in LONGi Solar Technology (Taizhou) Co Ltd – located in Hailing Industrial Park in Taizhou city, East China's Jiangsu province – on July 26.
More than 30 employees from eight companies, including LONGi Solar Technology, LG Electronics Refrigeration and Changli Resin Tube, participated in the competition.
The competition featured events such as pallet stacking and forklift pile wrapping.

After competing for over two hours, six players won first, second and third prizes.
The competition was a presentation of the skill level of forklift workers in the park. It also happened to stimulate people's enthusiasm for labor.
Moving forwards, the Hailing Industrial Park federation of trade unions will continue to organize skills competitions and job training activities for employees, in a bid to cultivate high-quality work teams.
