The China Productivity Center for Machinery, affiliated to the China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology Group, signed a cooperative agreement with the Hailing Industrial Park, in Hailing district of Taizhou, East China's Jiangsu province, on June 14.
The signing is seen as a positive attempt to coordinate the development of both the State-owned enterprise and the local government.

They will cooperate in the fields of industrial economic development, enterprise upgrading, sci-tech talent cultivation, commercialization achievements and investment attraction.
Joint efforts will be made to leverage the resource advantages and expand the industrial economy, thus promoting the Hailing Industrial Park as a key industry player.
The China Productivity Center for Machinery focuses on developing basic materials for mechanical engineering, basic manufacturing processing equipment, core basic components, and intelligent manufacturing technology.
In addition, the China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology Group is the only enterprise among State-owned enterprises that mainly focuses on basic common technology research in the equipment manufacturing industry.
