Administrative efficiency for project construction improved

A company in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province recently received four certificates required to start project construction. The process took just half a day.
The documents required are the property ownership certificate, which was granted at 9:20 am, the land use planning permit and construction project plan permit, which were granted at 9:50 am, and the construction permit, which was granted at 11:28 am.
After receiving these certificates, Hefei Guangwei Optoelectronics Technology Co Ltd started construction on the same day, setting a record for the shortest time between getting a piece of land and beginning construction in the high-tech zone.
It took only 17 working days for the company to sign the land transfer contract and obtain the construction permit. This process used to require between three and five months to complete.
The zone has also been striving to streamline and accelerate the administrative approval process. The local government has been coordinating with related departments to meet enterprises' needs for staring construction as quickly as possible. It has also formed a professional team to help enterprises make applications.
