A technical exchange video conference between environmental protection technology companies in German and in Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone in Hefei, capital of East China's Anhui province was held on June 22.

The video conference was hosted by the Hefei Sino-German Innovation Center, the German-Sino Environment and Energy Promotion Center, Hefei Gaochuang Co, as well as German company trAIDe to introduce advanced technologies and to facilitate international cooperation.

During the conference, 10 German companies, including Newtec and Irriport, introduced their products, technologies, as well as businesses in areas including sludge drying treatment, water and oil separation, automatic irrigation systems, wastewater treatment, and water quality analysis.

Chinese companies showed interest in Newtec's large-flow sludge treatment technology and geotechnical pipe products for rapid dewatering.

The host plans to provide one-to-one communication service for both sides in the following two weeks to facilitate business cooperation.
