Hefei-based artificial intelligence tech firm iFlytek and carmaker JAC Group, two leaders in their respective fields in East China's Anhui province, signed a cooperation agreement on June 9 to develop smart vehicles.
According to the agreement, the two parties will cooperate in areas such as smart cockpits, internet of vehicles, autonomous driving, and smart sales services.
They will promote the use of smart cockpits in passenger cars, commercial vehicles and special vehicles based on the iFlytek’s multi-mode perception system.
iFlytek will build an internet of vehicles ecosystem for JAC Group's passenger cars and commercial vehicles by taking advantage of its software development, AI cloud service, ecological aggregation, big data analysis, OTA and digital service integration capabilities.
Both sides will also promote the mass production of related products and collaborate in the areas of product development, data governance and talent training for autonomous driving solutions.
By leveraging its digital marketing capabilities, iFlytek will use AI and big data technology to customize JAC Group’s sales service and marketing operation management system.
