To support and encourage young entrepreneurs to start their own businesses, Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone launched a preferential loan model for young entrepreneurs and startups in 2015.

To date, the zone has issued 698 loans for the projects of small and medium sized enterprises located within the zone, with direct aid exceeding 469 million yuan ($68.97 million). Startups in the zone can apply for loans that are twice the value of mortgage assets.

With the support of startup loans, a total of 111 enterprises in the zone have become national high-tech enterprises over the past three years.

Tsing Link, a developer of video processing technology in the zone, has promoted its HD mobile internet security products and solutions to more than 50 countries and regions around the world, which are now used in many fields including policing, emergency command and safety production.

"Today's success owes much to the loan platform provided by the zone. Four years ago, our company was able to solve financing problems through the loans for young entrepreneurs," said Ni Xiuming, the founder of Tsing Link.
