The science and technology innovation board at the Shanghai Stock Exchange will facilitate the construction of the Hefei Comprehensive National Science Center, according to a forum in Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone in Anhui province on April 12.

The forum, attended by government officials in Anhui and representatives from various industries, aims to promote technological innovation and accelerate the capitalization and securitization of the science and technology industry in Hefei high-tech Zone.

The director of the listing service center at the Shanghai Stock Exchange explained the requirements for listing on the sci-tech board. After learning about the current capital market situation, representatives discussed how to list on the board with related departments.

Ever since the sci-tech board was set up in December 2018, Hefei National High-Tech Industry Development Zone has been making efforts to connect fast-growing technological enterprises in the zone with the Anhui Securities Regulatory Bureau and Shanghai Stock Exchange.

With strong support from local government, Quantum CTek Co, which focuses on commercialized quantum information technology in the zone, was accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange to list on the sci-tech board, a first for a company in Anhui province.
