China's first fully-automated smart snapshot robot designed for monitoring traffic violation was recently released by Leinao, an intelligent technology company in the Hefei National High-tech Industry Development Zone, Anhui province.
The robot is capable of snapping pictures, unloading videos and auditing for traffic violation in a fully-automated way, avoiding unsafe factors involved in manual shoot.
It can be installed in operating vehicles such as taxis and buses, police vehicles and private cars, and has actually already been used in Wenzhou city and other places in China.
The auditing system of the robot employs advanced artificial intelligence technology and the robot is designed through independent research and development, according to Chen Wei, head of the smart transportation division of Leinao.
